He is keen to see humanity look after our environment, since he is passionate and active in areas of sustainability and environment.

I have been with CDM since 2001. I started out in finishing and have worked my way up to my current position. I enjoy this industry and hope to be here for many more years to come.

Chad has been working in the Digital Printing industry since 1995 and has extensive industry knowledge in all aspects of Digital and Off-set preparation and applications.

David Kinloch

Customer Service Representative

David began his printing career in the early 90’s operating an ammonia plan printer. Since then he has worked for a number of Sydney’s digital print company’s learning and operating Xerox scanners, B&W DocuTechs and colour machines. He joined CDM in October 2002 as an XDOD scanner & 2060 operator and has worked his way up to become a Customer Service Representative.

Having worked for far too many years in the printing industry, I have experienced the changes from the early years of “Instant Offset Printing” through to digital print and the push into direct marketing and digital colour.

I was originally a book binder and guillotine operator by trade for 25 years and I have now been with CDM since 1996.

Ursula Deakin

I was first introduced to the printing industry and Michael Jones when I worked at IBM in the Publishing Library. Two kids later I decided to leave IBM and an opportunity came along to work part time at CDM. This soon turned into a permanent role and I witnessed many exciting changes within the industry and digital print.

Una Charoux

IT Manager

After completing a Bachelor of Information Systems at USYD, I then began working at CDM in 2005. I commenced in a Network Administrator / Help Desk role and am now the IT Manager. I appreciate working with dynamic people and greatly enjoy the Project Management aspect of my role. I am also passionate about being part of the EMS (Environmental Management System) Team, in which we were successful in gaining “ISO14001 Environmental Management System” certification, as well as implementing environmental and sustainability initiatives within CDM.

Stuart Brindle

Purchasing Dispatch Manager

Stuart first started in the print industry in 1977 from a humble small offset printing company and has an extensive knowledge of all areas in printing. He began at CDM in February 2002 and enjoying the digital side of the industry.

Working as a Financial Administrator in many varied Financial and Legal Firms, I was invited to join CDM in 2003, offering me the opportunity to experience the Printing Industry. It’s very rewarding working with such a great team of dedicated and innovative people, enabling CDM to grow into a dynamic front-runner in the printing industry.
